At DumDarbar, every handi follows the Hyderabadi dum method. Meat or vegetables are marinated overnight. Rice is washed, soaked, and partially cooked. Layers are built by hand — rice, filling, fried onions, mint, and saffron milk — then sealed with dough and slow-cooked on low heat. No microwave, no reheating, and no artificial food colours. We use aged Basmati rice, standard-grade cooking oil, and pure premium ghee.

How to Order from DumDarbar

Build your order on our website, choose portion size (½ KG, 1 KG, 2 KG, or 3 KG), spice level, and delivery slot between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Send the pre-order on WhatsApp at least 12 hours before your chosen time. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free home delivery across our service areas. Pickup is available at our Charholi kitchen near Wadmukhwadi.

DumDarbar Biryani is Pune and PCMC's trusted cloud kitchen for kilogram-portion Hyderabadi biryani. Every order includes generous aged Basmati rice with a matching portion of chicken, paneer, vegetables, or egg. Chicken biryani customers can add extra chicken at ₹250 per ½ KG. We deliver to Charoli, Dighi, Moshi, Bhosari, Vishrantwadi, Pimple Saudagar, Viman Nagar, and Indrayani Nagar — or you can collect from Charholi after confirmation.

Our menu covers vegetarian, chicken, and egg options — all slow-cooked on dum after your pre-order is confirmed. Select mild, medium, or spicy heat when ordering. Delivery windows run from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, with a minimum 12-hour notice so we can prepare your handi fresh for your chosen slot.

Every DumDarbar portion is measured by weight, not by the number of plates. A 1 KG order gives you 1 KG premium aged Basmati rice with 1 KG of chicken, paneer, seasonal vegetables, or egg — enough for a family of four to six. Couples and small households can order ½ KG portions. For birthdays, anniversaries, office lunches, and house parties, choose 2 KG or 3 KG packs.
